The R&D department was formed in 1991. It was created with help and guidance from experts with long experience in field research and strong connections to Universities and research institutions. It is equipped with high-end laboratory equipment and staffed with qualified personnel. We follow international standards and protocols in order to produce consistent and reliable results.
Its main responsibilities are the development and testing of new products and quality control. Tests of new products are applied in greenhouses. In this way we have results from the beginning in a demanding environment.
As part of the quality control, all raw materials are inspected before entering the production facility. The final products are then inspected after production to ensure consistency and reliability.
